They are embarking on a huge multi-year product development strategy and are looking for a pragmatic and passionate Delivery Manager with strong Agile practises to help achieve their ambitious growth goals and drive good practices in the team.

The role and projects

You’ll be working alongside another Agile Delivery Lead, taking on 2 work streams to embed good agile practise across the teams and business. You’ll be a big part of an exciting business where your voice will be heard, and you’ll be making a huge impact on what the future holds in the healthy living space.

Part of your role will involve;

•To fully understand customers wants and needs

•Putting in place aggressive expansion plans

•Ensuring that the business reaches the next level in an efficient manner

Essentials (skills you need to have to be considered):

* Strong Agile experience

* Confidence/desire to lead work streams

* Willingness to learn

Desirables (skills you don’t need but will learn and are beneficial to have):

* Leading workstreams

* Scrum or Kanban for Agile Development

* Working with engineering teams

* Be able to demonstrate continuous improvement

* Experience of reporting metrics and delivery status to all levels of an organisation.

* Jira
