Role Info:

Customer Service Administrator
Tamworth / Hybrid Home Working after training
£19,000 – £21,000 – Plus you’ll be eligible for an annual performance related bonus
Plus Benefits Package
Hours of Work – Mon to Fri – 9am to 5pm

The Customer Service Representative Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. As part of our Customer Service team, you are the face of our business and essential in building loyalty and trust.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

+ Providing first class service by talking directly and honestly with our customers and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business.
+ Communicating with our customers mainly on the telephone, but through a variety of different channels; via phone or email and using our CRM tool, Hubspot.
+ Processing orders, organizing returns, proactively spotting patterns in the frustrations of our customers, identify where we can improve or processes or can offer alternative products to satisfy their needs.
+ Understanding, prioritising and escalating our customers’ issues and following through to resolution.
+ Being the first port of call for customer complaints and web feedback ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

We’re on the lookout for a great communicator who is detail-oriented, a problem solver and able to build strong relationships with our customers.

About you:

+ You’ll care deeply about building customer loyalty and trust.
+ You’ll be comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software ideally HubSpot and SAP.
+ Delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right
+ You’ll be friendly, organised and resilient.
+ A UK resident and currently living in the UK with the right to work in the UK – an offer of employment is subject to satisfactory proof of this.
