This position offers you a start within one of the biggest sustainable energy companies in the UK; 6 weeks training, on-going support, clear progression opportunities and the commitment to invest into each staff member.
Hours: 37hrs per week, between 8-8 Mon – Fri, working 1 in 2 Saturdays.
You will be a customer service focused individual, always looking to go over and above for the customer and business.
If you were employed in this Customer Service Advisor role last week you would have been doing the following:
– Taking inbound calls from customers, finding out what their needs are and recommending the best suited product
– Rapport build with the customer
– Updating the in-house system with information gathered over the phone
– Following strict compliance and GDPR regulations
People who have previously been successful, are able to remain calm under pressure and come with a very positive outlook on life. Customer service experience is essential.
Wifi, a quiet space to work.
