Customer Services – Remote Working
Working for a world-famous pet care brand, you will prlass customer support to the members of a Breeder’s club. You will have a genuine passion for giving quality service and be entirely customer-focused in your approach to this role. An interest in animals and/or breeding will be a great asset to you in this role.
As a Customer Services Specialist, you will provide swift and accurate communication relating to the Breeder Club criteria, the brand and products you will be promoting and Club benefits.
You will provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and offering effective resolutions to all queries.
You will also be responsible for creating reports to monitor the popularity of certain memberships and products. This will involve watching out for key trends in customer’s needs as well as spotting any areas which need improvement, suggesting solutions to better the customer journey.
You will track performance of the Breeder’s Club vs. KPIs and report your findings back to your seniors.
Keep up to date records of customers’ accounts as well as ensuring all club members are adhering to group criteria, to meet compliance standards.Your experience –
At least 6 months of either customer service or call centre experience.
Impeccable telephone manner along with strong communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS office inc. Excel and social media/webchat.
Be a pet owner or worked with animals in some capacity
