Customer Success Manager

It’s Circle Time is looking to add a Customer Success Manager to our growing team. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive service knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer communications – Answer emails and social media messages to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
• Advise members on how to successfully leverage our educational services based on their unique needs.
• Be the product & services expert to ensure the information given to members is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
• Collaborating with other teammates to address all member needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
  1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM system

Hours: Fulltime

Pay: Starting at $60,000 per year

Location: Remote – United States (EST, CT, MT, or PST)

Start Date: Immediately
