IT Support Engineer – 1st/2nd Line – EC1 – £25 – 30K
Office 365,Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, VMware, Citrix, Remote Server TCP/IP, DMS, Networking
A MSP based in London requires an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team and deal with escalations. This position is responsible for dedicated escalation support and troubleshooting. This individual must be extremely comfortable working in a Microsoft Server, Exchange, VMware and medium size business IT environment.
Are you confident communicating with people by telephone, email and in person up to a senior level?
Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
***Good communication skills and potential to learn new technologies
***Office 365 (Highly desirable) – security, user & tenant management, DNS, troubleshooting group membership etc
***Windows Server experience (Desirable)
***Networking experience TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP – Cisco Desirable
***Exchange 2013, Office 365
***VMware and HyperV virtualization
***Experience working with Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Skype
**Azure/AD Intune experience (Highly Desirable) – policy management, security, troubleshooting
