Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect / Solution Architect

100% Remote / home based (UK wide)

An experienced Salesforce Architect is required to join a leading global provider of customer care, billing software and data management systems with specialisations in the utilities and telecommunications industries. You will join a highly global talented team that bring a deep expertise, that drives innovation and ideas to ensure they deliver exceptional products and services.

The Role

As a Salesforce Architect your day-today responsibilities will include:

Responsible for designing and supporting architecture within Salesforce
Ensuring support and understanding of feature parity and user experience between Salesforce and other integrated software
End to end implementation management
Maintenance and management of Salesforce object model and its impact to Hansen software
Staying up to date with Salesforce industry updates and feature upgrades
Performing impact analysis on pre-existing integrated Products
Reviewing new business opportunities with OCTO and Products
Experience with release management, source control and deployment
Ability to convey architectural designs and decisions to both business and engineering stakeholders

About you

Required Skills & Experience as a Salesforce Architect:

(url removed) platform (Apex Code, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce Pages, HTML, Javascript Web Service APIs)
Experience with Classic and Lightning implementation
Knowledge on Salesforce communities
Salesforce certifications: Solution Architect, Technical Architect, System Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant
Articulate when discussing design, impact and implementation decisions to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to troubleshoot and drive solutions for a multitude of custom implementations
Work closely with the engineering and products team to ensure requirements and implementation are aligned
Adopt and embrace evolving customer and software needs
Ability to plan, estimate and design customer specific resolution as part of the Change Request process
Education & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Infrastructure or related disciplines
2+ Years experience working with Salesforce CRM (design, support, implementation)
Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Platform Dev/App builder)
This role is available as 100% remote working and open to anyone based in the UK. There are multiple offices across the country including South-West England and London, for candidates who prefer to work in office some of the time.
