Salesforce Programme Manager – CONTRACT
Location: FULLY REMOTE (Must be UK based)

Unify are proud to be an exclusive partner to a global Publishing business who are looking to secure the services of a highly experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to oversee a large Change & Transformation project.
The successful candidate will Lead the Salesforce programme, ensuring our client delivers their vision to create a 360-degree view of their customers that will transform sales, subscriptions and marketing capability, enabling them to remain commercially successful, serve their customers better and enhance their staff experience. Investment in the programme is a significant business transformation of systems, processes, culture and data.
The programme is complex and will require leadership over a diverse set of teams and interdependent activities. You will set the tone for team culture and performance. You will be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme, making sure that new business capability is delivered in line with the implementation plan, and that business benefits are realised. You will establish a governance framework that supports decision-making and complements their agile development approach, and within that framework your excellent communication and leadership skills will bring together the directors, technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers and customers. You will surface challenges and blockers, manage risk, build adaptive plans and ensure that we understand and meet appropriate quality standards.
The person we need……..
Strong academic background
Project and programme management (ideally MSP qualified)
Knowledge & previous experience:
Proven track record of successful SalesForce implementation in similar organisations
Deep knowledge of target modules: SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, CPQ, Pardot, MarketingCloud, CRM
Expert and wide-ranging programme management skills including budgets of +£5m
Highly accomplished change manager with demonstrable EQI
Ideally a sales and marketing domain expert
Vendor and supplier management skills (similar vendor management essential)
Evidence of delivering operational excellence through process design/re-engineering
