Job Description

Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
REMOTE WORKING

FTC 6 MONTHS WITH EXTENSION
£25K PERMANENT SALARY – PRO ROTA

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be working closely with the Planning Team and will be working with different information sources and IT systems to manage the production of the products across several different sites. You will be highly organised and familiar at multi-tasking, have effective time management and attention to detail.

You will be managing the day to day relationships with the suppliers and will work very closely with them to manage the schedules to ensure the requirements are met on time and in full. You will also take part in various small projects to help make sure new products or promotions are launched to agreed targets and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

o Once Finish goods PO are issued you will identify and create requisitions to call off or purchase the necessary components required for the manufacture of the finished goods
o To manage and progress the purchase of finished goods and components through to receipt so that agreed stock and service levels can be maintained.
o To identify and resolve any issues that may impact on product availability and customer service.
To work with the warehouse team to ensure the timely and accurate update of stock received onto the system.
o To work with the Contractors to manage the correct receipt of goods from suppliers and the receipt of these onto our stock systems.
o To maintain accurate stock records on the systems and to work with the warehouse and contractors teams to resolve variances and improve controls.
o To take part in stock counting as required and to assist with the resolution of any issues that arise.
o Monitor and manage the receipt of finished goods onto the ERP system assist in managing and monitoring the consistency and performance of the day to day activities and maintain KPI
o Develop and build relationships with our suppliers and proactively manage supply delays.
o Manage and progress our purchase orders with them, to provide the required components on time in full to achieve the required delivered dates for the finished item.
o To monitor and maintain dates and stock data on the ERP system in a timely manner so other departments and systems can be managed with confidence.
o To escalate issues where support is required to maintain dates and objectives

*To maintain the integrity of data on the system, for example, relating to Items, stock, bills of material, suppliers, max and min stock levels as directed.
*To participate as a team member on projects, new product launches etc.
*To review the supplier invoices on a daily basis and match to PO and delivery notes; to highlight and resolve any discrepancies that are identified.
*To participate in any other reasonable duties that may be identified by the Supply Chain Manager or Directors.
*To coordinate activity and provide documentation as required to facilitate the processing of sales orders for export.

Remote working
Hours – Mon to Thu (Apply online only), Fri (Apply online only). 1-hour lunch break each day
Role

Salary:
£25,000 + package
